We believe the Christian life isn’t about trying harder—it’s about being made alive. Our community is built on two simple pillars:

Transformed from Within
We shift from asking "What should I do for God?" to letting Jesus live His life through us. As the Holy Spirit transforms us from the inside out, Jesus becomes our ultimate source.
True service is simply the overflow of a transformed life. We support and equip every believer to discover their unique, God-given gifts and step boldly into the world as light and salt.

What we believe
Our community is shaped by a simple truth: Jesus has done it all. Here is a glimpse into the heartbeat of ALIVE and the freedom, grace, and rest we walk in together
The Finished Work of the Gospel
The Gospel isn't a self-help program; it’s the announcement of what Jesus has already done. Through His death and resurrection, our sin is completely forgiven, the barrier between us and God is torn down, and we are given a brand-new life today.
Identity Over Effort
Because Christ lives in you, you are already completely loved, righteous, free, and accepted as a child of God. You don't grow into this through religious striving, but by simply resting in what is already true about you.
The Spirit Over the Law
We read the whole Bible through the lens of Jesus. We are no longer bound by old rules or religious performance; instead, the Holy Spirit lives inside us, patiently transforming our desires and molding us from the inside out.
Changed by Love
Real transformation doesn't happen through shame or behavior modification—it happens by being loved well by Jesus. As we walk in communion with Him, His superior love naturally crowds out old patterns and frees us from sin.
A Family at the Table
We choose to meet as a home church because real, honest relationship requires intimacy. In a superficial world, we provide a warm, cozy environment to pray, worship, and share life deeply as brothers and sisters.
An Invitation to Rest
We are here to make the radical grace of God visible. To the unchurched, we say come and see. To those burned or bored by religion, we say there is rest here. We are one part of the wider body of Christ in Cascais, refusing to compete, and eager to welcome you home.
